I am speculating TLRY buys Emblem and APHA.  TLRY will dominate.

yes... with TLRY shares they can.

TLRY market cap is $7B
EMB market cap is $144M

if we value APHA at $5B then TLRY has room and gets immediate production and distribution with LHS buyback that APHA has in a few years.
