Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Natura Naturals was owned by the late Claudio Mastronardi

Claudio was the father of Chris and Benji of Double Diamond which we already know have a relationship with APHA

Emblem was going to acquire Natura Naturals

But terminated the agreement in September

APHA supplies Emblem

I am speculating TLRY buys Emblem and APHA.  TLRY will dominate.

Hey JayJay. Can you save me and others the time to research this question ? Does TLRY have the resources to acquire Aphria and Emblem?
yes... with TLRY shares they can.

TLRY market cap is $7B
EMB market cap is $144M

if we value APHA at $5B then TLRY has room and gets immediate production and distribution with LHS buyback that APHA has in a few years.
