Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

"I think it's time eveyone gets their hopes down a little bit on HC news. Look what happened to ACB today. It sold on the news at around only 1% in the green and is now barely holding on. When Canopy starts to go bearish, news releases across the industry become sell-off events so adjust your expecations. There has been countless times in this industry where news releases start to have little effect on share price appretiation and I think now is that time. We're going to need something big here imo. I really hope HC approval is in fact a condition for a much bigger catalyst, because that's what we're going to need I think."

I felt the same way.  Yes HC approval was an important step.  But now it comes down to execution.  So far APHA has executed on the growing side aside from the few plants they had to throw out.  But for the most part they have been able to deliver.
