Mindboggling story they gave..... From a statement of only a couple of weeks ago "wait and see what is coming" (something to the effect) to today's charade. Scenario: the administration is doing everything possible to lower the share price and keep it low in order to accommodate and benefit -- the 'PARTNER' until the deal is officially completed. They didn't have to include the LATAM item at this time -- it consumed all impressive gains.
 
Don't discount GGB as being a JV partner. The GGB is  excellent link into retail USA.   A relationship with GGB will come in handy
