Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

We agressively expanded and have our company and shareholders in a financial bind. Take an invetory of all the various companies Vic partnered or bought shares in...and sell sell sell. I believe they have considered all these considerationas already.

WE CANNOT AFFORD TO FKUP ANY FURTHER GOING FORWARD.

Shares down 4% this morning. Still holding  shares for now.

I would keep the German assets as that can pan out to be a huge market and their gateway into Europe. The LATAM holdings I leave to the better judgment of management whether to keep or liquid. If they can pull their weight then why not. As for expansion I would like to see the company put it on hold until at least it can finish putting the Neufeld mess far behind us. It's important to win the market back and you do that by showing not only profit but fiscal responsibility. The production capacity they have already planned will do just fine for now.
