Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The Shottenstein Family have built a huge national retail empire with chains like, American Eagle, Shoe  Warehouse, Value City Furniture. Aphria couldn't supply them for a while. And why is there no sales but tons in the vaults?

If GGB is serious about opening a series of kiosks in major plazas throughout the US then I think the market would go for it. Aphria could be their supplier in addition to offering finished packaged products when federal laws allow. It would be a big boost for the sp.

Green Growth only has a few stores now but that could be speeded up in a big way with a partnership deal with Aphria, assuming US laws allow.  A large chain of cannabis dispensaries won't be built overnight but when the stores are ready for product Aphria should be turning out the numbers. The CEO of GGB has hinted in the past that he would be open to a partnership if the takeover failed.
