Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What Next

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What NextI hope Simon never again repeats his $1 billion pitch in recreational sales by 2020. It makes him look like he just graduated from the Vic Newfeld school of BS. Who knows it may happen but right now the market considers such forecasts best suited for a snake oil salesman at a carnival. Changing leadership under the circumstances Aphria has is never easy. I think Aphria came out of it quite well if you don't count the last financials but I consider that a separate issue. Those problems can be fixed and will be. Sorting out packaging issues is not rocket science. There are hundreds of companies specializing in packaging goods if their expertise is needed. I do believe Simon's explanation of keeping the plants back for mothering reasons. You wouldn't want the HC approved additional growing space to become a sea of empty rooms. It would be far worse if that came to light. I agree the last few months have been a test of the nerves. Aphria's management got us into this situation and they are the only one's that can get us out.
