Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Prohibition wasn’t about moonshine. It was about smuggling.

You don’t think rich folk were drinking scotch during prohibition?

Your arguments against the viability of black market extraction would be the same with dried flower.

I dont disagree necessarily. I was just arguing your blanket statement that the legal lps wont have competition in the extraction game from the black market.

Extraction is a chemical process. Dried flower is not. There is a big difference. But if you want to keep injesting oils etc.. from a dirty cook shop then I guess your argument.is justified. I think most intelligent people would rather not. My point is simple. Extraction is quite different from buying a dried plant.
