Import agreement is not the same as in country cultivation license.  Oneday ( 2-3 years)  Germany will say no more importations of MJ.  Those who have cultivation licenses will be the ones left to supply Germany.  Importation to feed the German demand is a temporary solution by BfArM.  Do you see importation into Canada?  No because the supply of in country product is established. 

Germany will move towards in country cultivation only. 

Even CC Pharma is importing product temporarily to meet its demand.  So what Eve is doing is not really that amazing.
