Act II has done little so far but to raise money. However your theory has some merit. However, if this is the plan it will take some time. Part 3 of the equation maybe GGB/ LHS/ Schottensteins and I will throw in MC Brands into the mix. I think Irwin will wait out the FDA decision on CBD in food and bevs first.
