Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The most sound advice I can give

The most sound advice I can giveis for EVERYONE short or long to go through the AMA.

All our questions and all the speculation is clearly answered.

To summarize some key points

1. DD is complete and waiting HC approval.  HC is occupied with TRST and was occupied giving outdoor licenses.... so the license will come when it comes.

2. Vic is only a share holder nothing more

3. ACT II will never be involved in the cannabis sector

4. Colombia is building out. EU GMP is in progress for Colombia which will allow APHA Canada to start exporting to Colombia to start the revenue stream whicle Colombia builds out.

5. Jamaica herb house opens next week

6. EU GMP is in progress through Avanti for APHA Canada

7. $162K of CBD has been sold in Germany by APHA since its roll out 2 months ago.  Noted that this was sales in Hamburgh only. The rest of Germany to follow

8.  Portugual entity has been set up .  Awaiting licenses

9. Brazil is a work in progress.  Awaiting licenses before APHA will think about purchasing. Brazil will only import by the sounds of it. and they will only purchase if they have full ownership.

10. Aphria I was fully planted as of last week

11. Bevs to be introduced in October

12. Vapes is being  submitted to HC for approval in October and will be rolled out in December to the stores.

13. Edibles.. some in house stuff is being worked on.

14. Extraction once fully licensed will have more then enough capacity for in house grow.  Most likely APHA will be toll processor for others.

15. CC Pharma currently has no cannabis revenue.  It will start once EU certification is acquired.

16. The German facility continues to move forward and its progress is where we believe it should be today.  They recently shared an interactive site map with me that allows you to take a VR tour of the facility (what it will look like once completed).  APAH is working on a way to share that with investors.
