if you are lucky and HC is on time (yeah right) the provinces then have to put in their orders. LP needs to put excise stamps on and ship.

Thanks for that clarification GoBlue.... Also an awesome AMA with Carl.. thanks for putting it together.

So all Lp's submit their 2.0 formats October 17 to HC and then have to try to roll them out December 17. Seems like an impossible task. HC will never get all the approvals done in two months. Rec 2.0 is going to be f#@# up also IMHO.
