Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Anyone expecting a takeover big soon?

RE:RE:Anyone expecting a takeover big soon? CGC is out, Constellation wants to concentrate on building what they have. ACB would have to dilute like hll to afford it, so would any othe LP. What we need is a partnership with a company not in the mj biz. I think that's the only way top L.P. can play it, partnerships. No one at this time will put out the capital to buy an entire L.P. for another couple years atleast. Two reasons, we need to see how profitable mj will be in full swing. Other reason is political, will a new gov. roll legalization back. Probably not, but....
