Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Robert Marcovitch is letting TRST die a slow death.   He will allow the company go into bankruptcy.  Since Irwin and Robert have a past relationship at Jarden Corp. A deal between them has already been struck. The TRST assets will be sold to APHA at pennies on the dollar on a bankruptcy.

Again pure speculation but it will be interesting to watch.  It has taken too long for TRST to clear the air.   The business is finished IMHO.  Any customers they had are long gone and getting their MJ from other LP's.  TRST will never recover.

why do you say it would be a disaster? They would not buy the company. Just the assets on a liquidation free of liabilities. As for some of the benefits . CannTrust is working with Apotex. I am not sure how far they have progressed with Apotex.
