Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Molytimes ( one of the cantalyst) post"Given Aleafia's take was to be 2,700 kgs/mo in 2019 alone - and they're currently selling 125kg/mo, in what kind of alternate universe would see this deal stay intact? There's no way $ALEF could have held to the agreement and stayed solvent."

Could it be Alefia had to get out as they just don't have the sales or money to stay afloat? Maybe this is all a blessing in disguise for APHA.
