Could it be Alefia had to get out as they just don't have the sales or money to stay afloat? Maybe this is all a blessing in disguise for APHA.
Goes to show how much time and money the government wasted on issuing licenses to LP's that had no chance of survival. The funny thing is goverment still issues licenses every week to those that have no chance in hell of moving forward.. What a broken system.
