Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Some simple solutions

Some simple solutionsSome repetition on my part but I think it is worth repeating

1. HC stop issuing licenses to companies that have no chance of survival.  Stop wasting your resources.

2. HC revoke licenses of companies that have not moved forward in the last year on their plans.  Stop wasiting resources on working with these companies.

3. Fight illegal weed by temporarily reducing or eliminating excise taxes hence reducing the retail cost

4. Government start advertising to Canadians the benefits of buying from legal LP's as opposed to the black market.  Educate the population.

5. Increase the penalties on the black market producers/ sellers.

6. Eliminate the wholesale distribution model in Ontario.  Allow LP's to sell directly to the retailers thus reducing costs.

6. APHA management... buy back a small amount of your shares.  Aprox. $10M to show confidence in the company
