APHA has stated in the past that they are not considering the US, and I think that was contributing to a bit of the lag. A better statement would have been something like " we consider all opportunities to increase shareholder value"... then again APHA was trying to be alter boys so HC would approve DD. Now that the US is making steps towards legalizing, it would be a good idea to recognize the huge opportunity.
