Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Also...

Also...I would also note after some additional research, the notes were already part of the fully diluted number of shares on the balance sheet - so contrary to what the bashers will have you believe the transaction is actually net positive to the b/s because of the discount.  Once the short is covered (which is probably close to being done) that new shareholder's interests will be aligned with other longs.

It was an excellent trade and just another building block in place for a higher valuation on a JV.  Well done Aphria....

Good luck to the longs  JRMJ
