Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Creating leaders...

Creating leaders...

Apha seems to have much more respect for its mysterious investor with whom she lives in a happy marriage for quite some time, than for the rest of its shareholders. How long the shareholders will remain hostage to their prenuptial agreement remains to be seen. For now, their latest deal means less debt for one partner and lots of newly printed shares for the other one. Lost premium will be recovered by further shorting, so all partners happy! And shareholders? Well, our role is now small and very limited and fortunately no one asks us anything about running the company ... otherwise, industry leaders would never even exist.
Hold on if you still have the strength...
