Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:A real disaster...

RE:RE:A real disaster...It was a disaster to watch CGC take and maintain its 10% gain with ease while our beloved Aphria, as many times before, could not maintain its own until half of the trading session. Worst of all, we have seen this countless times so far, however, nothing has changed and Apha remains completely restrained. At first we blamed Bruce Linton, then came the short report and now ... the reality is that Apha has always been too good to be left without the control of those who control the market and that is a problem from the very beginning. Of course, there are solutions to this, but I'm not sure that the vanity of those who now run the company will allow it to happen - just as the vanity of their predecessors did not allow such a solution and drove away a partner whom Apha will never find again.
