Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Just for kicks I thought I would check the Government of I understand that the post on facebook and Twitter are referring to Aphria 1. That being said, the ECoE was to be applied for, and that an amendment to the Aphria Diamond license was to
be processed and hopes were that the ECoE would be licensed by the end of July. An amendment WRT to production out of Aphria/Diamond took precedence. Once that amendment was received for the facility, Aphria was going to apply for the necessary amendment to license the ECoE. Maybe plans have changed, who knows?
