Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

We had a gap up this morning

We had a gap up this morning

Gaps are usually filled over time, often the same day---but not today.

APHA opened at $7.78.

If earnings news does NOT meet expectations in the morning, APHA will drop below $7.78.

and that means we would have a bearish reversal on the daily time frame.

I expect a Gap down tomorrow---stock will likely drop to $6.60 (last Thursday's / Friday's low in the coming weeks----if APHA's earning tomorrow are no better than last quarter...
Anybody holding stock overnight could become a bagholder in the morning...

I all cash...looking for a lower entry point in the next few days or so----perhaps under $7.000

But, who really knows????
Suppose APHA announces they are negotiating a deal with ACB, APHA will spike up another 10 to 20%

But this is all speculation....

Based on past earnings across the pot sector, there is a sell off most of the time....Remember APHA's earning release----stock popped at $6.00 and then dropped to $5.60 or so...

What will happen tomorrow??? Toss the dice! Pull the leaver...Play some black jack!!!

Sometimes you win, but most of the time you lose when you're a "rambling, gambling man."
