Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:CanelsAble has a serious problem!@SKYPLT Good to see you. Unfortunatly we do have an image problem. The market's are hard on APHA. It is naive of us to think that APHA does not experience the same issues as the other LP's. The whole sector is hurting and no one company is stepping up to the plate to show leadership. Honestly, APHA should be cash flow flow positive by now, but we continue to be punished for the past. I personally am finding this very frustrating as well. APHA missed a serious bull market run, but we were not the only ones. Alot of the attention now is being garnered on the MSO's. With 5 more States putting MJ on the ballot in the US, this may add preasure to federally resheduling MJ.
That is the catylist that could help us permanently. Now the double edged sword is if? The United States federally legalizes MJ, can Canada compete? Longer growing season, crops in mass quantities and the American ingenuity could really hurt Canadian MJ. The Americans will be looking to export to those same markets as Canada. That is why IMO Irwin needs to step up his game. If the share price is still in this range when the AGM occurs, then Irwin should be held accountable. Since Irwin has been CEO, the SP hit it's lowest point and has not showed any signs of recovering on a permanent basis. I still hold 42K shares.
