Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

What if the intel 📋🗂🗃 is true

What if the intel 📋🗂🗃 is true and STZ wants to acquire APHA. The first question an Aphria shareholder should ask themselves is why does STZ want APHA in their portfolio? After you know the why then you will quickly realize whether APHA is negotiating from position of strength or of weakness. Once you determine that you will understand what value APHA has and approximately what share price APHA could be acquired at. Hint: APHA is negotiating from a position of strength and it ain't $10 dollas a share. STZ needs us we don't need them. GLTA longs and traders and burn shorts burn. Prof
