Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Mr. dilution

RE:RE:Mr. dilutionI think buying HMMJ is a great play considering the US election results.  However, I wouldn't sell Aphria.  Simon is a promoter.  He comes off arrogant at times, but his company has a $1.9 billion market cap while those around him have devalued to less than $100 mil.  He doesn't have a huge spirits company or tobacco giant backing him. He needs to show some bravado.  I think Aphria and Canopy are in the best position to benefit from this mass US legalization that's about to unfold.
