That is true about Kamala and Biden was one of the architects of War on Drugs. People grow, change over time, see the errors of their ways. Change their views. I believe they both have and have openly admitted it. The last time the USA dealt with a mass toll the market soared for 4 straight years. We are in a bullish market for at least 10 years now.
