Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:A rainy Saturday
Maybe by the time the deal closes the market will realize Canopy is not with 2X to 3X these companies. Once the merger is completed, the new TLRY will sell the most product, have the most profit, US based, billion backed, Bob Marley branded, ties with Budweiser, and Norvaris. Aphria is basically a wholesaler that needs what TLRY has. TLRY could be 30$ plus just to match WEED''s MCap. Just playing Devil's advocate to your Devil's advocate. I see lots of upside. ACB would have been a disaster. I have been with APHA for four years through it all and feel this is the best acquisition they have made... Other than CC Pharma.
