Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Shares

RE:RE:RE:SharesAPHA is buying TLRY. In order to buy a company out you need to offer a premium.

Since APHA has decided after the merger they will use the name Tilray and the ticker TLRY the premium is a reversed premium. That is why.

APHA is currently trading at a $2.91 USD DISCOUNT to TLRY after the 0.8381 haircut.

Any net new buyers with a calclator are buying APHA.
