Will TLRY shares be in US Dollars! Is that why we have less CDN shares with the transaction?

Yes, and as far as I can tell APHA get .831 TLRY shares for each APHA share and TLRY shareholders receive 1:1. So my 3000 APHA will turn into 2493 shares of new TLRY AND MY 100 shares of TLRY will stay the same. my only question is whether or not TLRY trades on the TSX. Can anyone confirm this? GLTA

Funny enough, I hold 3000 shares of APHA as well. I don't have any TLRY. So, are you saying the shares we end up with TLRY will be in US Dollars?

TLRY will register on TSX in coming weeks, which will allow for conversion of APHA TSX stocks into TLRY TSX stocks. I don't have an exact date when that will happen.

Could Tilray be facing problems to register on the TSX stocks? Thank you.

APHA is buying TLRY. In order to buy a company out you need to offer a premium. Since APHA has decided after the merger they will use the name Tilray and the ticker TLRY the premium is a reversed premium. That is why. APHA is currently trading at a $2.91 USD DISCOUNT to TLRY after the 0.8381 haircut. Any net new buyers with a calclator are buying APHA.
