Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:A message to Tilray Share Holders

RE:RE:A message to Tilray Share HoldersOkay great. I was just reading forums and was under the impression tilray shareholders get a vote?  Is this inaccurate?  I'm just thinking to myself your shares (tilray) were in the dumps before this announced merger. Tilray as a business is losing money fast but can balance itself and become a great company utilizing aphrias efficiency in growing cheaply. If your a tray shareholder, how can you assume for a second you are not benefiting?  Your share price skyrocketed and you have new found fame because of the merger with us. Any arbitrage gap benefiting Aphrians is a bonus but Tilray share holders need to thank their blessings. Even now the share price at thirty is far higher then it would have ever been. I do believe Tilray will run up again.
