Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

ATD has been looking for growth expansion opportunities so I am starting to ponder if ATD will be looking at APHA. This is a massive global retailer and APHA could be a great fit. Pure speculation but all 3 are real business models that would do very well coming together. Thoughts anyone?

With Hyfire recording sales in Canada and Aphria with already 20% of the market and soon more with Tlry I would think this would be very hard for Hyfire and Atd to ignore. Tilphria is ripe for picking!
