Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I'm trying to explain it to my brother but he is having issues with brain fog lol

I have deleted personal information. Date: Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:08 AM To: Aphria Investors Subject: [EXTERNAL] Close of Transaction Aphria - Tilray Other than the typo I fixed in red below, you calculation is correct. If/When this transaction closes. If I had 1000 shares, would it go as follows: 1000 (shares of Aphria) x .8381 = 838 (shares of Tilray) 838 x (the current price of Tilray at the closing of the transaction) 838 x $65.00 (example price) = $54,470 x 1.27 (example of currency exchange) =$69,177 Thanks, Xxxxxxx

at this stage these illustrations are worthless when they do not consider what the corresponding Aphria price could be. Its a very one sided view.
