Simon has now sold over 10% of the company to unnamed investors and they can't even tell us longs who it is. Almost 15% dilution since late January as well sold to this investor. This is why the SP is held down, for this investor to continue to increase their ownership, what a joke. I think their end game is to take this private.

Well I think the end game here is for the mystery investor to take the co. private or have Aphria purchased for cheap. This investor has enough shares to sway any sort of shareholder vote in their favor. Good news is if this does happen we'd get $7-8 per share, bad part is many would still take a loss. We'll see I guess, but I'm not happy and no longer trust Simon.
