Reducing debt & interest is accretive to shareholders

Aphria benefited with a 25% reduction on the note payable and a premium on the share price.  Irwin Simon reduced 121 million USD of debt and there is now only 230 USD million of debt left.  A bank loan can now wipe out the remaining debentures.

Not sure if you factored in the 7mil/yr savings on interest over the next 4yrs too.
