Will Aphria EVER reward investors?

Last time I was involved, it had gone from $8 down to $6.90 and it's down. I thing but retrace since.  Is the MJ sector dead money?

Dead money for the next couple of years is my guess. APHA will trade in the ~$5.50 to ~$6.50 range... Might as well trade it instead of invest in it.
