Is there actually a coherent move afoot to hold management accountable (like a vote on Irwin Simon's continuance as CEO at the salary he is getting) or is that just bluster.  If there is someone out there gathering proxies, please message me.

I beleive one can register for the online virtual AGM. Voting can be done online via you brokerage house. At least it can with Interactive Brokers.

I will be adding my vote to the pile of votes attempting to remove Irwin from his position of CEO at Aphria. Thanks Ziggy

Irwin isn't going anywhere!

Cool, can you post the link to the petition? If you can't, I'll start one on Change.org. Are you guys ok with that?

Unless shareholders who don't want Irwin as CEO , have hundreds of thousands of shares- don't waste your time! The shareholders who own 250000 to 500000 shares know who to vote for! if your comments give you a sense of significance, go ahead and pretend you can affect the vote!

One additional comment- it's the BofD who appoints the CEO!

So are you telling me that 100,000 shares are useless?  They used to have a bigger weight until all of this fcuking dilution. Every year my percentage in this company drops as does everyone elses. Simon is really doing a number on us. I have been here for 4 years (some of you more) and Simon 1 1/2 years. At least with Vic, whom I disliked, we got regular updates on the progression of the ...more

Vinny- you and I both know that Vic issued releases that were filled with feathers! Irwin said that the " drama is over." Irwin saved this once " sinking ship" and it takes time to rebuild a damaged company, but it's happening! As much as the languishing share price is frustrating I'm thankful that APH is #1 in Canada!

Still can't get my head around the infatuation by some on this board with IS. To continue with the maritime theme from the quoted post, IS is like the captain of the ship that never sailed when the Titanic did. Yes he never lost the ship, but he never got anywhere either. As stated numerous times previously he is no more than a caretaker CEO and needs to be replaced if Aphria is to grow and ...more
