Just think about it $18 million a year . Irwin's dismal performance does not justify compensation any way near that figure. Did anyone watch his interview with Andy on Bnn discussing our latest quarter ,Andy made our 18 million dollar man look like a fool and not only that his apperance was like a homeless man selling pencils , unprepared & unprofessional !!!

He doesn't care about investors. Classic sociopath behavior. He was an absolute mess and it doesn't matter to him. He's paid for the foreseeable future and he can dilute for the foreseeable future until we don't have a company left. Irwin Simon can be made to leave with this Petition.
