The aquisition has NOT been well received. As I do some DD, I realize that this was NOT a great move after all.  WAAAAAY overpaid. I retract my comment the other day. Simple Simon did it to us yet again. Ziggy, you are still correct. Sooooooooooo........... Aphria continues to be the red-headed stepchild, sucking the hind T!T.

Vinny, it was a bad play, no doubt. Dilution, 100M of added debt for a non-cannabis play. Simona nd the C-Suite just do not get it. Put it this way, ACB is now going to be in better financial shape than Aphria, they will have less debt, more cash and less goodwill. Vote Him Out.

One of the biggest issues is that the market maker's do not trust Aphria's deal making history. By far the best deal was the least expensive. CCPharma. Well we know how well LATAM and Nuverra went. The market does not forget these things. Honestly thou the whole Canadian MJ sector has made bad deals. But, honestly 12.5 times EBDITA is way too much good will. Aphria should have done a JV ...more
