Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Swampwater????????

RE:RE:Swampwater????????One of the biggest issues is that the market maker's do not trust Aphria's deal making history. By far the best deal was the least expensive. CCPharma. Well we know how well LATAM and Nuverra went. The market does not forget these things. Honestly thou the whole Canadian MJ sector has made bad deals. But, honestly 12.5 times EBDITA is way too much good will. Aphria should have done a JV instead. The only good thing IMO about the deal is the fact that Coca Cola is just down the road in Atlanta.
