During the deal details it was mentioned that essentually others could counter the offer?
does anyone think we could actually be trumped and given a higher premium for Aphria prior to closing.

yeah koolman someone else could make an offer on TLRY too. Tilray's assets are very undervalued.

I'll answer as I'm only bitter about life, definitely not aph. Yes, they said they'd still entertain other offers, but with the caveat that there was an enormous penalty if they signed with someone else. (50 million ish?) I've never seen anything like it before. Were they kind of poking at some rich company to make an offer? Or are they kind of saying this is a done deal because ...more
