RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NCIBWhen it comes to share buybacks, would a shareholder want the management to buy back shares when the shares are cheap (yes, I still claim they are cheap now), or on the peak of bull run? When covid crash happened, many large companies put their share buyback programs on hold, only to start them again when the share prices had risen back up. I'd like to see it the other way around, when management thinks the share price is too low.
