Recent trading activity in AHC

Here is what I discovered yesterday on Sedi.ca 

(a)  there was net insider buying of 464,448 AHC shares over the last few months?

(b) the  NCIB purchased 88,000 plus shares in November and cancelled them

(c) the company announced the cancellation of 3,959,689 shares as "vesting conditions were not met".

Don't take my word for it, do your own due diligence at sedi.ca

I think this is accurate. From what I have gleaned from speaking to other traders, some of the original Acasta SPAC holders got into some disagreements and I am sure there was back and forth, some assets dropped out and a few of the people in those businesses would have failed to fulfill terms of vesting etc. The main owners - the Wachsbergs - own over 20% of the stock and have accumulated quite a ...more
