Baseline Implied Enterprise Value $6.85 - $8.22

In 2016 Apollo Health was acquired for $390 million and the busines market share has grown since, we are in 2021.  They have crystallized operating tax losses of $90 million (aka: cash) inherited from being part of a holding. The debt free company has 73 million shares outstanding. So +/- $500 million actual and I say it should be closer to $600 million.
That gives us a $6.85 to $8.22 enterprise value estimate and the market is only giving it $4.50???
P & G would love to take them out at that price.  lol
