really good point! Not sure how much more room they have to repurchase in their submission to the OSC. I think the brothers would need to disclose if they purchased more themselves. No question they have no interest in giving up any control of the company and want to grow fast .. perhaps through acquisition. But they won't want to issue shares and jeopardize them keeping decision making control. No way that is going to happen. So its great they are in a no debt position because if the right acquisition came along, they can raise debt to acquire without seceding control. Fascinating time for Apollo.
