Finally looked up ownership a bit more closely: Wachsbergs now own 38M shares (52%) with 683 Capital Management at 10M shares (14%) and Anson Funds at 8M shares (11%). We are the tail of the dog. I wish I could tell what the shares were purchased for - the problem is through successive rounds of financing and sales of assets that so many shares were given away at unrealistic prices that it's impossible to tell.
