anyone know if there has been any insider buying or selling lately or if they have been buying back stock to the maximum


Volume's been higher in the last 5 weeks but that said, still only about 50-60,000 a day.  If it's true as Finnish Flash suggested that Anson is selling, it could be that AHC is buying that up, though the decline in price tells me it's a futile effort if it's intended to support the market. That's only about 1M shares traded, well below their 3.6M limit.

I also think you're a bit hard on the cash burn.  Backing out all extraneous expenses and writedowns, they're profitable as is, and adding cash each quarter.  There was $39M in cash and equivalents in June. To say that the company is burning its way into the poorhouse simply isn't true.  As long as they keep from making big mistakes like recalls.
