What also doesn't make sense is why cross river partners would ask for Jeff's resignation and then let the company flop. Why would you bother? There's been efforts to drive the stock price down for awhile now. Perhaps that's just how the market is playing this, but it seems odd to me. The volume of shares traded is also similar to the big 5 banks on some days. If this is so toxic (and in honesty the financials are totally garbage) why would people buy up those shares? Furthermore why hasn't any insider reduced their position?
They may have huge amounts of shares, but cutting their positions and using it for tax loss selling would stand to reason if this was done for.
