I wouldn't count on it. That plan requires funding and right now VEG has none. If they don't get it, VEG goes to zero.

What also doesn't make sense is why cross river partners would ask for Jeff's resignation and then let the company flop. Why would you bother? There's been efforts to drive the stock price down for awhile now. Perhaps that's just how the market is playing this, but it seems odd to me. The volume of shares traded is also similar to the big 5 banks on some days. If this is so toxic ...more
