Nohype says someone is saying next month for financing?  Faaaack they had planned to break ground in August 

At some point you have to deal in reality ........ as with all milestones they are later than expected 

Perhaps the most recent NR was what was needed ,,,,, but If Roy said the sp was lower for any other reason than them not getting financing done .. that is pure BS 

I doubt he said that ... I hope he did not say that ,,,, a person who does not take responsibility for the results or lack off from their actions scares me
