RE:RE:Delisting review

RE:RE:Delisting reviewCAinPlap: I'm thinking exactly along the same lines as you. The way this was promoted, as such a huge profitable technology with interested partners, there is no reason this should not have taken off the way we were expecting. If this technology truly is what Argex says it is, any other competitor that is in the TiO2 business would be lining up to make an offer to buy the company, to license its technology (to be able to reduce their production costs and cut their environmental footprint) or would already be planning lay-offs due to not being able to compete with Argex. If this hasn't gotten financing, or partnerships, or a buyout or anything at all until this point, has anyone considered the possibility that the technology is not feasible? Something doesn't seem right at all. I've been strung along before by other companies that kept promoting their business and in the end, their business had nothing of value. If this technology is so great, at this share price you can buy the whole company and technology for what: $4MM? For a plant that was going to produce 50,000t of Ti02 with a profit of over $1k per ton; well over a $50MM profit per year business for only $4MM with start up cost of close to $300MM for the first plant sounds as turn key as any chemical business could ever be. Does it not? That's the picture that I took from Argex's business plan. That's the picture I bought into. So how could this not be taking off as planned? Please don't quote my numbers above because as I comb through the news releases from the last two years, their projected profit numbers were higher than what I stated above and I'm sure the start up cost for building their first plant were probably less, so kindly correct me if I'm wrong if you'd like, but the above numbers were just my attempts to try to summarize in general where I thought we were headed with this company.
